A fiery wine, which displays all the qualities of a beautiful Shiraz wine. Delicious, spicy, smoky and red fruit notes.

This red wine has been made with the most ultimate respect for the environment, following strict sustainable practices.

90% Shiraz and remaining Cabernet sauvignon and Viognier.

Maturation in American Oak barrels, medium to medium plus toast, 12.5 % new Oak, remaining in neutral barrels and a fraction in stainless steel tanks for freshness. Aged for about 10-12 months.
